Common questions.
What is WPS?
The Wage Protection System is the UAE's electronic salary transfer mechanism. Most onshore companies are required to pay employees through WPS, and late or missed files trigger MOHRE penalties.
Do you handle gratuity calculations?
Yes. We accrue end-of-service gratuity each month so there are no surprises at the end of employment, and we calculate final settlements in line with the UAE Labour Law.
Can you handle DEWS contributions for DIFC employees?
Yes. DIFC employees under the DEWS scheme have a separate contribution flow which we administer end-to-end.
How quickly can you onboard our team?
Most clients are live within two payroll cycles. We migrate existing employee data, validate Emirates ID and visa details, and run a parallel cycle before going live.
